The course is aiming the student clearly understand the role and the relevance of human interactions from individual, team/group and organizational aspects. Predicting how and to what extent people’s organizational behavior can affect a company’s efficiency and performance.

Grading system
Students’ work will be graded according to the extent to which they have fulfilled the requirements
Submitted individual project work -total score number (100 points)
A) Professional elements:
elaboration (ideas, own thoughts and conclusions/recommendations), relevancy, logical structure, coherence – 80 points;
B)Formal elements (letter types and size, margins, line spacing, etc.) – 20 points.
Grading rate (as your class mark):
0-49 points – Fail (F) – its HU equivalent is “elégtelen” /1/
50-69 points – Sufficient (Grade D on the international scale – its HU equivalent is “elégséges”/2/)
70-79 points – Average (Grade C on the international scale – its HU equivalent is “közepes” /3/
80-91 points – Good (Grade B on the international scale – its HU equivalent is “jó” /4/
92-100 points – Excellent (Grade A on the international scale its HU equivalent is “jeles” /5/
